I am definitely not the one to write reviews on anything but I just had to for this. Out of all places that I shopped for a car, this place was by far the most relaxed. It was my first car that I’ve ever bought from start to finish. Stan and Devon made it a point not to BS with me. They respected my time and allowed me to think about my decision without any pressure. They didn’t get offended when asking them about my concerns and also asking to get the car inspected by my mechanic. Their integrity is top-tier and when it comes to their customers, I really feel they aren’t just in it for the money. It was a fantastic deal on the car from two fantastic people! We recently purchased a vehicle from Stan Hall. We were a bit hesitant to purchase from a smaller dealer, but from the first call to ECMC we were delighted. Stan was professional, had a happy demeanor and made its feel like we were old friends. After a short test drive, I heard a small sound I was uncomfortable with. Stan immediately called his mechanic and had it checked out. Because we lived a distance away, he told us to take it to our mechanic and he would take care of it.....and he did. Our personal mechanic told us that he’d never dealt with a car salesman that showed such integrity! We left ECMC, not only with a great little car, but with a friend. We found Stan to be an honest man who keeps his word. That is rare these days! We will not hesitate to buy or sell a vehicle with Stan in the future! This car dealership is a wonderful little gem right in the heart of the Panhandle run by a man who has a heart for others!

I am one tough reviewer, being both honest and realistic. I share information that hopefully help others as they make their big buying decisions. After recently purchasing a used Mini Cooper from ECMC, I can personally attest to the fact, that if you buy a car from Stan, you will not only get a reliable vehicle, you'll walk away understanding there are still a few good and honest people in the world. Yes, Stan is a southern gentleman with a wonderful sense of humor that can talk your ear off. He is also a salesman and a darn good one. But there is a whole lot more to know about Stan. He is honest, a trait missing from a lot of car dealers. And he cares, really cares, about ordinary people like you and I. For instance, being retired we don't have a big budget to buy an expensive car, so when I heard a little noise in the car I was purchasing, I got worried and pointed it out to Stan. In minutes, he had a mechanic there to check it over. The mechanic explained the issue and told us it could easily be fixed. Because we lived a distance away, Stan told us to take it to our mechanic and he would cover the cost. Our trusted mechanic explained the issue was a bit more than we expected and called Stan with the news. Stan told the mechanic he wanted to make it right for us and he covered the cost, just like he said he would. Our mechanic remarked that he had never met a car dealer quite like Stan. He was happy for us that Stan was a man of his word, saying he didn't see that often with dealers. Now we have a vehicle that will last for years! A man's word is the essence of who he is and Stan Hall is an honest man who cares more about his customers than he does about making huge profits. We quickly recognized Stan's gentle heart and are not only thrilled with the buying process we experienced with Stan and his staff, but the service we received afterwards. Stan made a promise and kept his promise and followed up to be sure everything was satisfactory. He truly wanted us to be happy.
